【摘要】 实习教师作为"准教师"进阶阶段的重要"角色赋予",实习教师的赋权不仅是"一种动力的专业发展过程",而且是"一种专业权力的结果"。实习教师对于自我存在意义的"察觉、分析、反省行动",促使实习教师在其自身感知活动,经历体验和认知操作中反复进行结构化"生产"。通过对实习教师"失权感"生存状态的剖析,从资本赋权、心理赋权和行为赋权三个向度上解析实习教师专业成长的"赋权"诱因及其合理性,最终以"与自我的对话、与他者的对话、与课堂的对话"三种对话的实践作为实习教师自我赋权的实施路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 as an important role entrusts in the advanced stage of the "prospective teacher", the empowerment of the student teachers is not only "a professional development process of a power", but also "a result of a professional power". The student teachers’ perception, analysis and reflection action on the meaning of self existence urge the student teachers to make structured production repeatedly in their own perception activities,experiencing experience and cognitive operation. Through the analysis of the living state of the student teachers’ "loss of power", and from the capital empowerment, psychological empowerment and empowerment behavior of three proposed dimensions of the practice of teachers’ professional growth "empowerment" incentives and practice rationality teachers self empowerment.In the end, the practice of "dialogue with self, dialogue with others, and dialogue with the classroom" is used as the implementation path of self-empowerment of studentteachers.更多还原
