【摘要】 当前高校发生的少数贪腐案件呈现人员范围广、问题领域比较集中、涉案层级高和负面影响大等特征,通过实证和学理分析,高校违纪案件的成因主要有三大因素,即贪欲、权力和机会。针对影响高校产生违反党风党纪案件的成因,尝试从加强理想信念教育、抓好监督机制建设、强化党委主体责任和用好执纪"四种形态"构建预防高校出现违反党风党纪案件发生的惩防体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current university has few corruption cases showing a wide range of issues in the field of personnel,more concentrated,the high level and large negative impact characteristics,through empirical and theoretical analysis of causes of the disciplinary cases there are three main factors,namely,greed,power and opportunity. The causes of violation of Party discipline cases based on the influence of colleges and universities,attempts to strengthen the ideal faith education,grasp the supervision mechanism construction,strengthen the main responsibility of the party committees and discipline and make good use of "four form" in violation of Party discipline construction in universities to prevent cases of punishment and prevention system.更多还原
