【摘要】 目的探究与分析家庭康复护理对老年骨质疏松脊柱骨折术后患者身心健康及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院自2015年6月—2017年6月收治的90例老年骨质疏松脊柱骨折术后患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予家庭康复护理,对比两组患者负性情绪及生活质量评分的变化。结果两组护理后与护理前相比SAS及SDS评分均降低,观察组与对照组相比上述指标改善更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后与护理前相比躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能分均升高,观察组护理后各项评分升高更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上实施家庭康复护理能够有效的缓解老年骨质疏松脊柱骨折术后患者身心健康,提高生活质量,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of family rehabilitation nursing on the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients with senile osteoporotic spine fracture. Methods 90 cases of senile osteoporotic vertebral fractures patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected, all patients were divide into control group and observation group according to the random number table, 45 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care, whereas the patients in observation group were given family rehabilitation nursing care, the changes of negative emotions and the quality of life score of two groups were compared. Results Both groups had lower scores on SAS and SDS after nursing compared before, the decrease in the observation group was more significant than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). In the two groups, the body function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function were all increased compared with before nursing. The increase in observation group after nursing increased more significantly than observation group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, the implementation of family rehabilitation nursing can effectively alleviate the physical and mental health, improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis of elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.更多还原
