案例式PBL教学模式在口腔科临床实习生带教中的效果

【摘要】 目的研究案例式PBL教学模式在口腔科临床实习生带教中的应用效果。方法将60名口腔科临床实习生分为两组,分别采用常规带教模式(对照组30名)及案例式PBL教学模式(观察组30名),对比两组实习生带教效果差异。结果观察组实习生理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩、总成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式PBL教学模式能有效提升口腔科临床实习生的带教效果,学生理论知识及实践能力均显著提高。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the case based PBL teaching model in the clinical interns teaching in department of stomatology. Methods 60 clinical interns in department of stomatology were divided into two groups. The routine teaching mode(30 interns in the control group) and the case based PBL teaching model(30 interns in the observation group) were used respectively. The differences between the two groups of interns were compared. Results The results of the theory assessment, the performance evaluation and the total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Case-based PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching effect of clinical interns in department of stomatology, and students’ theoretical knowledge and practical ability are significantly improved.
