离子型表面活性剂对乳液性能的影响

【摘要】 为提高纺丝油剂乳液的性能,以月桂酸聚氧乙烯和聚乙二醇二油酸酯为乳化剂,油酸酯为被乳化物,在乳化体系中加入离子型表面活性剂制备微乳液,研究不同离子型表面活性剂对其性能的影响。并使用自动表面张力仪、全自动接触角测量仪、数显电导率仪等对微乳液进行性能测试。结果表明:与加入单一阴离子表面活性剂相比,同时加入阴离子、阳离子表面活性剂后复配的乳液的表面张力更低且具有更小的临界胶束浓度,进而在纤维表面表现出更小的接触角与更好的润湿性;但其乳液粒径变大,乳液的转向黏度变小。

【Abstract】 To improve the performance of spinning oil emulsions,lauric acid polyoxyethylene(LAE)and polyethylene glycol dioleate(DQA)as emulsifier,oleate(QA)for being emulsified,In this emulsifying system,an ionic surfactant is added to prepare a microemulsion,The performance of microemulsions was tested using an automatic surface tension meter,a full-automatic contact angle meter,and a digital display conductivity meter to study the effect of different ionic surfactants on their properties.Studies have shown that the addition of anionic,cationic surfactants to the emulsions has a lower surface tension and a smaller critical micelle concentration than the addition of a single anionic surfactant,resulting in a smaller contact angle and better wetting;But the emulsion particle size becomes larger and the viscosity of the emulsion becomes smaller.The research in this paper provides a new idea for the development of a new type of oil agent and the improvement of the performance of the oil agent.
