镀锌钢丝拉拔废液处理技术研究

【摘要】 针对镀锌钢丝生产企业拉拔废液中有机物浓度高、难处理的特点,研发出一条可行的工艺路线:破乳、除锌、净化、超滤回用或生化或并入污水处理厂。得出了最佳工艺条件:破乳剂质量浓度为15 mg/L,硅藻土质量浓度为600 mg/L,适量混凝剂。在此工艺条件下,废液的CODCr、Zn2+、浊度的去除率分别为94. 6%、94. 9%、96. 3%,处理后废液的水质可以达到污水综合排放三级标准。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristics of high concentration of organic matter in drawing lubrication waste liquid of galvanized steel wire production enterprises,a feasible technological route was developed. Demulsification,zinc removal,purification,ultrafiltration,reuse or biochemical treatment or incorporation into sewage treatment plants. The optimum technological conditions were obtained as follows: the mass concentration of demulsifier was 15 mg/L,the mass concentration of diatomite was 600 mg/L,and the appropriate amount of coagulant was obtained. Under these conditions,the removal rates of CODCr,Zn2 +and turbidity of the effluent were 94. 6%,94. 9% and 96. 3% respectively. The quality of the treated effluent could reach the third class standard of comprehensive sewage discharge.
