【摘要】 从认知视角出发,基于经验学习理论和心理所有权理论,构建了创业失败学习—创业能力—连续创业意向理论模型。研究发现:创业能力在创业失败学习与连续创业意向中起中介作用;失败归因调节失败学习的成效,其中内部归因正向调节创业失败学习与创业能力的关系,外部归因负向调节创业失败学习与创业能力的关系;心理所有权在创业能力与连续创业意向之间具有正向调节作用。在上述结论的基础上,对未来研究进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of cognition,based on the experiential learning theory and the psychological ownership theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model for learning from entrepreneurial failure-entrepreneurial capability-serial entrepreneurial intention.The results show as follows:entrepreneurial ability plays a mediating role on the relationship between learning from entrepreneurial failure and serial entrepreneurship intention;failure attribution regulates the effect of failure learning,specifically,internal attribution regulates positively the relationship between learning from entrepreneurial failure and entrepreneurial ability,while external attribution regulates negatively this relationship;psychological ownership has a positive moderating effect between entrepreneurial ability and serial entrepreneurial intention.Finally,it puts forward the prospects for future research.更多还原
