【摘要】 目的为受损的骨磨片提供一种新的修复方法。方法收集组织学实验教学过程中受损的骨磨片,依次采用无水乙醚、二甲苯溶液处理后,2%火棉胶液镀膜、中性树胶封片备用。结果与修复前相比,修复后的骨磨片美观整洁,光镜下骨单位同心圆结构及骨小管放射状结构清晰可见。结论采用本文的方法修复受损的骨磨片,不仅还原了正常的骨组织结构,继续用于实验教学,也节省一定的办学经费,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide a newmethod to repair the bone grinding slices. Methods The damaged bone grinding slices were collected during the histology courses. These slices were treated with anhydrous diethyl ether,xylene solution,2% collodion solution and successively,then mounting the slices with neutral resinene. Results The slices were artistic and neat after repairing,and the structures were very clear in the light microscope. Conclusion The paper provided a newmethod for repairing the bone grinding slices,which could be popularized from nowon.更多还原
