【摘要】 "推进绿色发展"是加快生态文明体制改革、建设美丽中国的重要举措。基于马克思人与自然物质变换思想,分析了绿色发展和人与自然之间物质变换的关系,以及能源生产、消费过程和人与自然之间物质变换的关系。以实现人与自然之间正常物质变换的绿色发展为目标的能源生产革命必须改变传统能源格局、推动能源生产循环经济模式、推动能源生产技术革命、实现能源开采与生态修复同步进行;以实现人与自然之间正常物质变换的绿色发展为目标的能源消费革命要加强能源清洁低碳利用技术的研发和推广、形成能源清洁低碳利用的市场倒逼机制、加强绿色制度建设、倡导能源绿色生产和绿色消费文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important measure to speed up the structural reform of ecological civilization and to build a beautiful China by promoting green development. Based on Marx’material transformation thoughts,this paper analyses the relationship between the green development and the material transformation between man and nature,and the material transformation between man and nature in the process of energy production and the energy consumption. The energy production revolution,which aims to realize the green development between human and nature,must change the traditional energy pattern,promote the energy production cycle economic model,promote the energy production technology revolution,and realize the synchronization of energy exploitation and ecological restoration,so as to realize the transformation of normal material between human and nature. The energy consumption revolution,which aimed at green development between human and nature,should strengthen the research and development of energy cleaning and low carbon utilization technology,form the market forcing mechanism of energy clean and low carbon utilization,strengthen the construction of green system,promote green production and green consumption culture.更多还原
