基于PROFIBUS的桥式起重机防碰撞系统设计

【摘要】 桥式起重机是横架在固定跨间上空用来调运各种物件的设备。它既不占用地面作业面积,又不妨碍地面上的作业,可以在起升高度和大、小车轨道所允许的空间内担任任意位置的调运工作。为了防止人工驾驶大重量起重机可能引发的碰撞事故,提出了基于PFOFIBUS-DP总线的防碰撞系统。

【Abstract】 Bridge crane is a horizontal frame in fixed span between overhead equipment used to transport all kinds of objects. The utility model does not occupy the ground operation area,and does not hinder the operation on the ground,and can be arranged at any position at the lifting height and the space permitted by the large car and the trolley track. In order to prevent collision accidents caused by heavy weight crane driving artificially,an anti-collision system based on PFOFIBUS-DP bus is proposed in this paper.
