基于LabVIEW的火焰传递函数测量系统

【摘要】 火焰传递函数方法常用于理解和研究热声不稳定性问题。设计了火焰传递函数测量系统的总体方案,阐述了实验硬件系统和基于Lab VIEW的实验数据软件处理技术。为了克服声场作用下燃烧系统固有频率及LabVIEW波形测量模块局限性造成的火焰传递函数数据处理失真的影响,进行了底层单边傅里叶变换编程,获得准确的火焰传递函数数据。最后通过比较手工计算得到的火焰传递函数数据,验证了测试系统及软件的准确性。

【Abstract】 The method of flame transfer function is used to understand and study the instability of thermal acoustic. The overall scheme of the measurement system of flame transfer function was described, and the experimental hardware system and the software processing technology for experimental data based on LabVIEW were described. Under the action of the sound filed, in order to solve the problem of data processing distortion of the flame transfer function influenced by the natural frequency of the combustion system and the limitation of the waveform measurement module in LabVIEW, the underlying unilateral Fourier transform was written to ensure the accuracy of data of flame transfer function. The accuracy of data of the measurement system is verified by comparing the data of flame transfer function calculated by manual operation.
