【摘要】 从高层管理属性与资源拼凑视角研究中小企业双元组织的构建路径,并将两种新兴理论——资源拼凑理论和双元组织理论结合起来研究了中小企业如何构建双元型组织。阐述了资源拼凑理论的基本结构,双元组织的基本概念。此外,在已有的理论和研究基础上提出了七个命题,从"认知—行为—结果"的路径分析了高层管理团队的三种属性(社会网络、认知多样性、行为整合)对中小企业构建双元型组织的影响路径,认为高管团队的属性对中小企业构建双元型组织既有直接影响也有间接影响,且其间接影响是通过资源拼凑介导的,即中小企业的高管团队可以通过利用资源拼凑策略来调和探索活动和开发活动的紧张关系。旨在为双元组织理论提供一些新的研究视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors discussed the path t o construct the dual organization for small and medium enterprises from the angle of top management nature and bricolage and combined the two theories together to study how to construct the dual organization. The authors described the basic structure of the theory of bricolage and the basic concepts of dual organization. Based on the previous theories and research, the authors proposed seven propositions, analyzed three attributes of top management, i.e. social network,cognitive diversity, and behavioral integration following the cognition-behavior-result method. They argued the attributes of top management team influenced the construction of medium and small enterprises directly and indirectly.更多还原
