活性炭负载壳聚糖对水中腐殖酸的吸附性能及吸附机理

【摘要】 通过水浴交联的方式将壳聚糖负载到活性炭表面,制备成复合吸附剂,并利用扫描电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对其进行表征,研究复合吸附剂对水中腐殖酸(HA)的吸附性能及吸附机理.结果表明,相比单一活性炭,复合吸附剂对溶液中HA的吸附量提高了5 mg/g左右,其吸附量随着pH值的减小、吸附时间的延长和阳离子质量浓度的增加而增大. HA在复合吸附剂上的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型;吸附等温线可以用Langmuir方程模拟;热力学分析表明其吸附过程是放热反应而且能够自发进行.复合吸附剂的脱附再生性好,可循环使用.

【Abstract】 Preparation of cross-linked chitosan/activated carbon composite adsorbent by water bath,composite adsorbent is characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and tested for humic acid( HA) removal. The experimental results show that the HA adsorption capacity of compound adsorbent,compared with original activated carbon( AC),increased by 5 mg/g. Acidic condition is beneficial to HA removal and cations all exhibited promotion on the uptake of HA. The HA adsorption capacity of compound adsorbent increases as adsorption time rises. The adsorption kinetics of HA removal by composite adsorbent agree well with the pseudo-second-order model(r~2≥0. 99),and the adsorption isotherms are well fitted by the Langmuir model. The thermodynamic analysis suggests that HA removal by composite adsorbent is a spontaneous and endothermic process. The compound adsorbent can be recycled because of its good desorption and regeneration.
