【摘要】 随着我国迈入中国特色社会主义新时代,终身教育的发展也被赋予了新使命、新要求,面对终身教育发展不平衡不充分的新挑战,要推进新时代终身教育发展,完善终身教育政策是其根本保障。从社会伙伴关系的视角分析,确立以人为本的政策制定理念,提高不同社会群体对政策的认同感,构建政策各主体有序参与决策的协商机制,拓展和通畅民意表达的途径,是促进终身教育政策发展的有效选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of life-long education has new mission and new requirements in the new era of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The perfection of the life-long education policy is the basic guarantee for its unbalanced and insufficient development. From the perspective of social partnership,this paper puts forward that the establishment of people-oriented policy-making idea,the promotion of the acceptance degree of the masses at all levels,the establishment of the consultation mechanism of the policy-makers,and the expansion and clearance of the pathes for the expression of pulic opinion are effective choices to boost the development of life-long education policy.更多还原
