【摘要】 目的观察改良体位整合应用法在妇科腹腔镜手术体位并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1—6月于我院接受腹腔镜手术干预的110例患者作为研究对象,并随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组接受常规手术体位护理;试验组接受改良体位整合应用法干预,观察两组患者并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果试验组患者手术体位并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将改良体位整合应用法引入妇科腹腔镜手术体位护理中,可降低患者手术体位并发症发生率,提高手术体位护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of modified positional integration treatment in the prevention of postural complications in gynecologic laparoscopy. Methods To observed the complications and nursing satisfaction of the tested groups,110 cases of patients received gynecologic laparoscopy in our hospital from January to June of 2017 were randomly and equally divided into study group and control group. The control group given routine surgical position treatment,while the study group was given the modified positional assimilation treatment. Results The risk of complications of patients’ surgical position in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). And the nursing satisfaction was apparently higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of modified positional integration treatment into gynecologic laparoscopy could reduce the risk of complications and improved the satisfaction of nursing of patients’ surgical position.更多还原
