【摘要】 目的:探讨专业小组模式对静脉治疗质量改进的影响,为静脉治疗规范化管理提供理论依据。方法:成立静脉治疗专业小组,培训、指导或质控责任护士完成所有住院患者的静脉治疗,横断面调查比较干预前后质量指标。结果:静脉治疗专业小组干预后,全院留置针使用率提高(P<0.05);护士静疗知识掌握改善(P<0.05),导管维护、敷料固定与维护合格率上升(均P<0.05),输液相关并发症发生率下降(P<0.05)。结论:建立静疗输液专业小组干预模式,利于提高护士的静脉治疗专业知识,规范操作,减少相关并发症,是静脉治疗质量持续改进的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of professional group mode on the improvement of the quality of intravenous treatment,and provide theoretical basis for the standardized management of intravenous treatment.Methods:A professional group for intravenous treatment was set up to train,instruct or conduct quality control nurses to complete the intravenous treatment of all hospitalized patients,and cross sectional survey was used to compare the quality indicators before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention of intravenous treatment group,the utilization rate of indwelling needle in the whole hospital was increased(P < 0.05),the nurses’ knowledge of static treatment was improved(P < 0.05),the qualified rates of catheter maintenance,dressing fixation and maintenance were increased(all P < 0.05),and transfusion-related complications was decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of intervention mode of intravenous infusion professional group helped improve nurses’ professional knowledge of intravenous treatment,standardize operation and reduce related complications,which was an effective way for continuous improvement of quality of intravenous therapy.更多还原
