【摘要】 目的分析PPH结合痔切除和开放外剥内扎术治疗痔疮的临床效果比较。方法分析2016年6月~2017年7月我院收治的环状混合痔80例患者进行分析,随机分成两组:对照组40例给予开放式外剥内扎手术,实验组40例选择PPH结合痔切除手术;之后观察两组患者临床情况,以及治疗满意度和并发症情况。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者的住院时间、手术时间、术后24h VAS评分、术中出血量表现较为良好(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率是7.5%、复发率是5.0%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者对治疗的满意度是95.0%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于环状混合痔疮进行PPH结合痔切除手术治疗临床效果显著高于开放式外剥内扎术,临床治疗安全性比较高,而且极大的减少了患者的住院时间,临床使用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To contrastively analyze the clinical efficacies of PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy and open ? Milligan-morgan hemorrhoids in treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 80 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were analyzed and randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients in control group underwent open Milligan-morgan hemorrhoids and 40 patients in experimental group underwent PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy; then the clinical conditions,treatment satisfaction scale and complications in patients of two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the hospital stay,operation time,24 h VAS score and intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group were better(P < 0. 05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7. 5% and the recurrence rate was 5. 0%,which were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0. 05).
