Mo-Fe/C催化裂解乙醇协同制备氢气和多壁碳纳米管
Simultaneous production of hydrogen and multi-wall carbon nanotube by ethanol decomposition over Mo-Fe/C catalyst
【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备Mo-Fe/C催化剂,利用化学气相沉积法裂解乙醇协同制备氢气和多璧碳纳米管。考察反应温度和Mo∶Fe摩尔比对于氢气产率和多璧碳纳米管品质的影响。结果表明:反应温度为600℃,Mo-Fe/C(其中,Mo∶Fe=1∶9,Mo+Fe=5%,质量分数)时所制催化剂最有效,氢气产率为77%,多壁碳纳米管的品质最佳。
【Abstract】 Mo-Fe/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation.Hydrogen and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were produced by chemical vapor decomposition from ethanol decomposition at the same time.The effect of reaction temperatures and the molar ratio of Mo∶Fe on ethanol decomposition were investigated systematically.The results indicated that Mo-Fe/C(Mo+Fe=5%,Mo∶Fe=1∶9)was the most effective catalyst for ethanol decomposition into hydrogen(the maximum H2 yield of 77%)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes at 600℃.
