【摘要】 港口绩效是衡量地区社会经济发展水平的标志之一。江苏省位于长江龙头区段,对推动长江经济带发展起着关键性作用,但该地区港口存在投入冗余、产出不足、资源配置不当等问题。整体而言,长江经济带战略有效促进了江苏大型港口绩效提升,各港口效率水平偏上且处于上升态势;规模效率呈现不变以及下降趋势。因此,立足该战略,各港口应进一步优化资源配置与规模,实现港口间错位发展,改善集疏运设施以及融资体系,达到港口绩效最优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Port performance is one of the symbols to measure the level of social and economic development in the region.Jiangsu province,located in the Yangtze River leading section,plays a key role in promoting the development of the Yangtze Economic Zone.However,there are some problems such as redundant input,insufficient output and improper allocation of resources for ports of this region.As a whole,the strategy of the Yangtze River economic belt is beneficial to the performance improvement of major ports in Jiangsu province.The efficiency of each port is rising,and the scale efficiency shows no change or decline.Therefore,based on the strategy,the ports need to further optimize the allocation and scale of resources,realize resource intensive utilization and dislocation development among the ports,improving collection and transportation facilities and the financing system,so as to achieve the best port performance.更多还原
