二氢噻唑类化合物的合成及其抑菌活性研究
Synthesis and antibacterial activities of dihydrothiazole derivatives
【摘要】 以化合物A或A’为初始原料,通过一步反应合成了17个二氢噻唑类化合物,并通过1H NMR,13C NMR和质谱对目标化合物进行了结构鉴定.生物活性测试表明,部分化合物具有较好的抑菌活性,尤其是5、5’和6对茄科劳尔氏菌和枯草芽孢杆菌都显示出较高的抑菌活性,且比青霉素钠抑菌活性更高.
【Abstract】 Seventeen novel dihydrothiazole derivatives were synthesized from compounds A and A’ in one step.The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR,and MS analysis. The bioassay showed that some of the synthesized dihydrothiazole derivatives exhibited excellent antibacterial activities.Especially,compounds 5,5’ and 6 exhibited much higher activities against bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus than penicillin.
