虚拟血管介入手术中连续导丝模型
Guide wire modeling in virtual vascular interventional surgery system
【摘要】 介入导丝模型的建立对于介入手术仿真起着重要的作用,现有导丝模型为离散化,而离散点之间无法准确仿真,所以提出了连续导丝模型,可以分段表示导丝物理特性,提高了仿真精度.经过实验对比,提出的模型在力作用下的形态与实际导丝的形态吻合,单位长度平均误差为6.21μm,仿真可以达到实时的要求,方法可靠有效,可以应用于临床.
【Abstract】 Guide wire plays a significant role in the operation.However,current guide wire models are discrete,this paper proposed a new method to build a continuous model of guide wire which can be used in the simulation of the operation.The continuous model can perform different elastic modulus in the different parts.After experimental comparison,it is proved that the continuous model coincide with the real guide wire and the error is 6.21 micrometer every millimeter.The simulation also can display in real time on the computer as well.This method has a prospective use in clinical application.
