气流粉碎技术制备牡蛎壳超微粉的工艺研究
Preparation technology of oyster shell ultra-fine powder by airflow grinding
【摘要】 目的研究气流粉碎技术制备牡蛎壳超微粉的可行性。方法采用正交试验法,以进料粒度、进料速度、粉碎压力和粉碎次数为影响因素,超微粉收得率和粉末平均粒径为指标,使用矩阵分析方法分析实验结果,确定牡蛎壳超微粉最佳粉碎工艺。结果优选出牡蛎壳超微粉的最佳气流粉碎工艺条件为:进料粒度100目,进料速度210 V,粉碎压力0.6 MPa和粉碎6次;微粉平均收得率为94.9%,平均粒径为2.448μm。结论采用气流粉碎技术得到的牡蛎壳超微粉粒度分布均一,粒径符合要求,可以作为牡蛎壳超微粉碎工艺技术进行推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of the preparation of oyster shell ultra-fine powder by airflow grinding. Methods An orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the grinding process of oyster shell by taking feeding particle size, feeding speed, grinding pressure and grinding times as influencing factors and powder yield and average particle size as indices. The experimental results were analyzed by matrix analysis method. Results Optimum grinding process was as follows: feeding particle size 100 mesh, feeding speed 210 V, grinding pressure 0.6 MPa and grinding 6 times. The average powder yield was 94.9% and particle size was 2.448 μm. Conclusion The particle size of oyster shell ultra-fine powder obtained by airflow grinding was uniform and met the requirement, so it can be promoted as the technology of ultra-fine grinding for oyster shell.
