【摘要】 为探究不同生根剂对香蕉幼苗生长的影响,从而筛选出适用于香蕉幼苗的生根剂。本研究以香蕉"威廉斯B6"为试验材料,对比分析海藻酸、生根粉、赤·吲乙·芸可湿性粉和吲丁·萘乙酸4种不同的生根剂水溶液对香蕉幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,施用1:200海藻酸水溶液的香蕉幼苗株高、茎围、叶片数、叶面积、SPAD值和植株鲜重有增加趋势,综合性状表现最优;海藻酸水溶液可以在香蕉苗的生产中使用,有助于培育健康种苗。更多还原

【Abstract】 To screen out suitable rooting agents for banana seedlings growth, taking "Williams B6" banana as experimental material, we studied the effects of alginic acid, rooting powder, indanthrene wettable powder and indadine naphthylacetic acid on the growth of banana seedlings. Results showed that with application of 1:200 alginate aqueous, the plant height, stem circumference, leaf number, leaf area, SPAD value and plant fresh weight of banana seedlings increased, and the comprehensive characteristics were most superior; Alginic acid aqueous solution which contribute to sound seedlings can use in banana seedling production.更多还原
