基于Er3+/Yb3+掺杂的上转换玻璃陶瓷材料的制备和性能

【摘要】 采用熔融-晶化法在Zn O-Al2O3-Si O2系玻璃陶瓷的基础上,用Ge O2取代部分Si O2成功制备出Er3+/Yb3+共掺Zn O-Al2O3-Ge O2-Si O2系玻璃陶瓷,并通过对样品的硬度及上转换荧光测试分析确定了Ge O2的最佳取代量为7.5wt%。研究发现在980 nm波长光的激发下,样品产生了绿色(524 nm、546 nm)和红色(659 nm)上转换发光,且当Er3+/Yb3+掺杂比为2.5∶6.5时样品上转换荧光强度最强。

【Abstract】 The Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped ZnO-Al2O3-GeO2-SiO2 glass ceramics were successfully prepared by melt-crystallization technique on the basis of ZnO-Al2 O3-SiO2 glass ceramics and GeO2 instead of Si O2.Subsequently,the influence of GeO2 instead of SiO2 on the hardness and up-conversion luminescence properties of glass ceramic samples is discussed here. Ultimately,when the quantity of GeO2 instead of SiO2 was 7. 5 wt%,comprehensive performance of the glass ceramic samples were optimum. Under the980 nm pump light excitation,a green emission( 524 nm,546 nm) and a red emission( 659 nm) are observed. The effect of different doped ratios of Er3+/Yb3+ on the up-conversion luminescence of samples was studied. The experimental results indicated that the luminescence intensity reaches a maximum when the doped ratios of Er3+/Yb3+ is 2. 5∶ 6. 5.
