脉冲曝气条件下EPS和SMP的产出规律研究

【摘要】 研究了脉冲曝气方式(曝气5 min/停曝10 min)对活性污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)和出水溶解性微生物产物(SMP)的影响。结果表明:与连续曝气相比,脉冲曝气减少了EPS和SMP的产出,且EPS和SMP含量变化整体呈正相关。脉冲曝气下EPS在较高泥龄(SRT)下的含量高于较低SRT时的,占EPS组成大部分的TB-EPS含量随着SRT的延长而增加,LB-EPS含量则变化较小;SMP受SRT变化影响不大,但由于低SRT时蛋白质容易富集,所以较高SRT时出水SMP的含量略低于较低SRT时的。

【Abstract】 The formation of the extracellular polymeric substances( EPS) and the soluble microbial products( SMP) were investigated in pulse aeration mode( aerobic/anoxic was 5 min/10 min). The results showed that the pulse aeration mode decreased the formation of EPS and SMP,in comparison with the continuous aeration mode. A positive correlation was demonstrated between the contents of EPS and SMP. The content of EPS was higher at longer SRT than shorter SRT under the pulse aeration mode. TBEPS,which constituted most of EPS,increased with the extension of SRT,while the level of LB-EPS remained stable. SMP was insensitive to SRT. However,SMP was slightly lower at longer SRT because protein was easily enriched under shorter SRT.
