设置循环风对回转式空气预热器性能和堵灰的影响分析

【摘要】 针对某公司申请专利中提出的采用循环风方式来消除和缓解冷端堵灰情况、提高空气预热器换热效率等可能性进行了探讨,在循环风比率从5%到50%的范围内对转子内部气流温度和壁温分布进行了计算分析。分析表明:采用循环风方式对改善空气预热器的冷端堵灰基本没有效果,循环风对空气预热器换热、漏风、通流阻力等均存在负面影响,较大幅度地增加了风机电耗和发电煤耗。同时对目前普遍存在的空气预热器冷端堵灰的原因进行分析提出了解决的建议方案。

【Abstract】 One company gave a way in their patent description,which declares that this way can eliminate or reduce rotary air preheater cold end plugging and increase air preheater ’ s heating exchanging efficiency by using hot primary recycling air, and in those papers a detail analysis was done based on the calculation of the flow temperature and heating element wall temperature inside rotor covering the recycling ratio from 5% to 50%. In this paper the calculating results indicate that this way will no contribution to lightening or eliminating to air preheater cold end heating element plugging and will have the negative effect to preheater’s performance such as heating exchange efficiency, leakage and flow pressure drop, and obvious increases in fan power consumptions and coal consumption. The analysis and the solution suggesting about preheater cold end plugging are given.
