布洛芬的化学改性及其高分子负载研究进展
The Progress on Chemical Modification and Polymeric Loading of Ibuprofen
【摘要】 布洛芬是一类非甾体抗炎药物,具有较强的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用,临床应用广泛,但也存在较多的不足,故人们在多方面对其进行了性能改善研究。例如,布洛芬的酯化、酰胺化等改性对改善肝肠损伤有明显的优势,而其高分子缓释体系能有效改善其溶解性差、半衰期短、血药浓度波动大等缺点。本文对近年来布洛芬的化学结构改性、高分子物理负载及化学键载前药等研究进展进行了综述。同时,指出基于生物降解材料的高分子化学键载改性集化学改性与缓释功能于一体,在布洛芬的高分子键合药研究中有良好的发展前景,值得关注。
【Abstract】 As a kind of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug,ibuprofen is widely applied in clinic due to its good antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. However,there are still some adverse effects in its practical applications.This promotes scientists to improve the performance of ibuprofen by chemical modification(e.g.esterification,amidation)or polymeric loading.Their research progress is summarized.It is pointed that the bio-based polymer conjugates have good prospect in the future due to the combination of chemical modification and slow release function into one improvement method.
