【摘要】 由于水库移民后期扶持工程具有资金量小和数量很多的特点,现有的政府工程项目管理方法和监管办法效果不好,政府管理部门甚至产生了一些权力寻租的行为,水库移民的利益受损,工程风险越来越大。本文简要分析了水库移民后期扶持工程产生风险的原因,利用微信公众号方式进行末梢监督,缓解水库移民和水库移民管理部门之间的信息不对称情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because the later support projects of reservoir resstlement are a lot and with small amount of funds,and existing government project management methods and supervision methods are not effective. The government management department even has some behavior of rent-seeking power,the interests of the reservoir resettlement are damaged and the project risk is becoming larger. This paper briefly analyzes the causes of the risk in the later support project of the reservoir resettlement,and uses the We Chat official accounts to supervise the end of the project,so as to alleviate the information asymmetry between the reservoir emigrant and the management department of the reservoir immigrant.更多还原
