【Abstract】 The science and engineering universities are the important source of technological innovation.In order to face the challenges of the new technological revolution and new industrial revolution,the Beijing Guide proposes to build a number of new high-level science and engineering universities.From the perspective of Three-chain Integration,this paper makes an exploratory analysis of the logical structure,organizational characteristics and the trend of organizational transformation in the science and engineering universities,points out that the Industry College is the embodiment of organizational innovation in the new universities of science and engineering,and probes into the mechanism of balancing the duality paradox in the Industry College.更多还原
