直驱轮式轴向磁场永磁风力发电机的研究
Research on Directly Driven Axial Flux Pm Wind Power Generator Incorporated in Hub
【摘要】 从降低成本、提高可靠性以及便于维护出发,提出了一种新型直驱轮式轴向磁场风力发电机组,将风力发电机、叶片支撑结构和叶片形成一个整体的紧凑型风力发电机组.分析了用软磁复合材料(SMC)材料作为轴向磁场风力发电机定子材质的可行性.对轮式轴向磁场永磁发电机关键部件进行了设计,对主轴和转子盘进行了结构分析.通过得到的受力图与计算结果,验证了各部件机械结构设计的合理性,为新型风力发电机的研发提供了研究基础.
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the cost and improve the reliability and maintainability,a new type of direct drive in-wheel axial flux wind power generator set is put forward.Wind turbine,the blade support structure,and the blades form an integral compact wind turbine generator set.The feasibility of using SMC material as axial flux wind generator stator core is analyzed.Key parts of the in-wheel axial flux permanent magnet generator are designed and structure of the main shaft and rotor disc are analyzed.Based on the obtained results from stress diagram and computations,the rationality of the mechanical structure design is verified,which provides the basis for the research and development of new wind turbine generator.
