四川攀西地区夏玉米主要农艺性状主成分与聚类分析
Principal Component and Clustering Analysis of Main Agronomic Traits of Different Summer Maize Varieties in Panxi Region,Sichuan
【摘要】 为筛选出适宜四川攀西地区栽植的高产玉米品种,选取省内外12个夏玉米品种在当地进行引种试验,根据株高、穗位高、穗长、穗粗、穗轴粗、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、穗粒数、穗粒重、出籽率、百粒重、籽粒长度及单穗重14个农艺性状进行主成分与聚类分析。结果表明:通过主成分分析提取4个主成分,即穗重因子、穗型因子、粒重因子及穗位高因子,以上4个因子提供了92.204%的信息量。利用4个主成分因子进行系统聚类,将12个玉米品种分为4大类:第1类品种为先玉1171,第2类为华玉13,第3类包括长城799、川单15、中玉335、屯玉27及凉单4号,第4类包括西抗18、贵农玉898、华农玉998、鄂玉16及新中玉801。其中,第1、2类品种产量较高,适宜在当地推广种植;第3类品种产量较低;第4类品种产量中等,需要进一步探索其配套的高产栽培措施。
【Abstract】 14 agronomic traits including height,ear height,ear length,ear diameter,cob diameter,bare top length,rows per ear,kernels per row,kernels per ear,kernel weight per ear,kernel rate,100-kernel weight,kernel length and single ear weight of 12 summer maize varieties inside and outside Sichuan Province are used to conduct principal component analysis and clustering analysis to select high-yield maize varieties for cultivation in Panxi Region,Sichuan.Results:4 principal components of ear weight,ear type,kernel weight and ear height provide 92.204% information by principal component analysis.12 maize varieties can be clustered into 4 groups by hierrchical clustering of four principal components.GroupⅠincludes Xianyu 1171.Group Ⅱincludes Huayu 13.Group Ⅲincludes ChangCheng 799,Chuandan 15,Zhongyu 335,Tunyu 27 and Liangdan 4.GroupⅣincludes Xikang 18,Guinongyu 898,Huanongyu 998,Eyu 16 and Xinzhongyu 801.The varieties in Group Ⅰand Group Ⅱwith highly yield ability are suitably cultivated in Panxi Region,Sichuan.The set of high yield cultivation measures should be further explored for cultivation of the varieties in Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ with lower and medium yield ability in Panxi Region,Sichuan.
