【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the current development status of typical spinning machinery accessories including card clothing, rubber roller and apron, air splicer, ring traveler and bobbin as well as reed, heald frame, temple roller and ribbon for shuttle-less looms; introduced some innovative developments and applications of spinning machinery accessories and expounded the strategies for developing local-made textile machinery accessories in China. It then pointed out that the R&D of Spinning machinery accessories is related to multiple disciplines, the manufacturing technique is very complicated and the technology very sophisticated; the products of leading Chinese manufacturers can reflect the latest R&D level of China’s spinning machinery accessories industry, they are based on original technology, have good adaptability and keep pace with the development of main machines; to make fine and excellent spinning machinery accessories, it is necessary for the entire industry to strengthen basic theoretical research, blaze new trails, improve the quality of spinning machinery accessories in an all-round way and enhance the precision and reliability of products; it is also necessary to strengthen the guiding role of standards, so as to adapt to the requirements for improving the automation, continuation, digitalization, communication and intelligence levels of main machines.更多还原
