上埋式涵洞垂直土压力计算及减荷技术应用

【摘要】 以涵洞为代表的上埋式构筑物土压力计算方法,在公路、铁路、水利及市政等部门中的相关设计规范中并不统一。为了使得涵洞土压力计算方法更加统一。针对常规设计与施工的涵洞,在以往理论计算和10多次室内外试验的基础上,并考虑涵洞结构突出地面高度和土性的影响,提出了垂直土压力系数的空间分布图及其数据表,使得计算方法更具有针对性。基于高填方涵洞EPS板减荷技术,提出了一套设计方法及其应用判据,经多个现场试验工点的实际应用与跟踪监测,证明减荷技术既安全又经济。

【Abstract】 Calculation methods of buried structure earth pressure represented by culverts are not uniform in the relevant design codes of highway,railway,water conservancy and municipal departments.In order to make the culvert earth pressure calculation method more uniform.This research focuses on conventional design and construction culverts based on the past theoretical calculation and ten multiple indoor and outdoor tests.By considering the influences of protruding ground height of culvert structure and soil property,the spatial distribution graph and data table of the vertical earth pressure coefficient are proposed,which could make the calculation method more pertinent.Based on EPS plate reducing-load technology for high-filling culverts,a set of design methods and application criterion are proposed as well,through practical application and tracking monitoring in many field tests,reducing-load technology is proved to be safe and economic.
