【摘要】 目的研究MRI在膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后影像评估的诊断价值。方法前交叉韧带重建术后患者45例45次MRI检查,对术后MRI图像进行阅片诊断分析,观察的指标包括植入点及钉道的位置、韧带重建的形态及信号、有无并发症(例如有无纤维增生、水肿、积液、炎症等),根据上述征象进行评分,分为好,一般,差。临床根据Lysholm膝关节评分标准包括疼痛、不安定度、闭锁感、肿胀度、跛行、楼梯攀爬、蹲姿、使用支撑物八个方面进行评分,评分85分以上为良好(95分以上为优秀),84~65分为尚可,小于65分为差。分析MRI表现与临床Lysholm膝关节评分的相关性。结论 MRI评价移植物完整性与临床高度相关,能为ACL重建术后膝关节随访提供重要信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods 45 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery 45 times MRI,reliance on postoperative MRI image diagnostic analysis, observation indexes including embedded points and the location of the nail, morphology and signal of the ligament reconstruction, presence of complications, such as fiber hyperplasia, edema, inflammation effusion, etc., in accordance with the above signs to rate, was divided into good, general, poor. Clinical according to the Lysholm knee scoring criteria include pain, restlessness, atresia,swelling degrees, claudication, stair climbing, squatting, use support rating eight aspects, scoring 85 points for good(more than 95 points for excellent), divided into fair 84 ~ 65, less than 65 divided into poor. The correlation between MRI performance and clinical Lysholm knee score was analyzed.
