武汉市市售水产品中氯霉素、孔雀石绿与结晶紫污染状况

【摘要】 目的分析2011—2013年武汉市市售水产品中氯霉素、孔雀石绿与结晶紫污染状况。方法按照GB/T 20756-2006和GB/T 19857-2005中的方法检测水产品中3种化合物残留量,分析其在地区、监测点及品种方面的污染状况。结果 660件市售水产品中共有67件检出3种化合物残留量,检出率为10.15%,其中孔雀石绿残留量检出59件,检出率最高为8.93%,鳢鱼和鲈鱼3种化合物残留量检出率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论部分市售水产品存在氯霉素、孔雀石绿与结晶紫污染现象,应对水产品养殖、运输和销售过程加强监管。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate chloramphenicol(CAP),malachite green(MG) and crystal violet(CV) residues in aquatic products sold in W City during 2011-2013.Methods According to the methods in GB/T 20756-2006 and GB/T 19857-2005,the contents of the three compounds CAP,MG,and CV in aquatic products collected from markets were determined,and the contamination levels in terms of region,sales location and species were analyzed.Results Three compound residues were detected from a total of 67 items in 660 commercially available aquatic products,with a detection rate of 10.15%.Of the contaminated products,59 aquatic products contained MG residue,with a positive detection rate of 8.93% being the highest among the three residues.There were significant differences in the detection rates for the three residues between snakehead and perch.Conclusion A significant percentage of aquatic products tested were found to be contaminated with CAP,MG and CV,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of aquatic product breeding,transportation and sales processes.
