【摘要】 目的对某营养软胶囊的辅助降血脂功能进行评价。方法以含有胆固醇、蔗糖、猪油、胆酸钠的混合型饲料诱导脂代谢紊乱SD大鼠模型。将建模成功的大鼠随机分为模型对照组和300、900、1 800 mg/kg·BW 3个剂量组,剂量组大鼠灌胃给予营养软胶囊,模型大鼠根据体重给予相应体积的溶剂(植物油),持续30d,检测大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C的水平,评价该营养软胶囊对大鼠脂质吸收、脂蛋白形成、脂质降解或者排泄产生的影响。结果给予大鼠营养软胶囊30d后,高剂量组血清TC、TG水平显著低于模型对照组,低、高剂量组血清LDL-C水平显著低于模型对照组。结论该营养软胶囊对SD大鼠具有辅助降血脂功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate whether the nutrition soft capsule has the function of assistant reducing blood lipid of animal.Methods The feed contains cholesterol,sugar,lard and sodium cholate was used to induce lipid metabolism disordered SD rats model. The rats were randomly divided into model control group and three dose groups( 300,900,1 800 mg/kg. BW),the rats in dose groups were intragastrically given nutrition soft capsule,lasting for 30 days,serum level of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were evaluated to assess the effect of nutrition soft capsule on Lipid absorption,lipoprotein formation,lipid degradation or excretion of rates.Results After 30 days of intra-gastric administration,serum levels of TC and TG in high dose group were significantly lower than the model control group. The levels of LDL-C in serum of low and high dose group were significantly lower than the model control group. Conclusion The nutrition soft capsule has the function of reducing blood lipid in SD rats.更多还原
