【摘要】 目的分析评价知识管理在呼吸内科病区的护理管理中的应用价值和意义。方法纳入2016年1月至2016年12月本院呼吸内科病区护理管理工作中没有开展知识管理之前随机抽取的30名医护工作人员为对照组,另纳入2017年1月至2017年12月本院呼吸内科病区护理管理工作中开展知识管理之后随机抽取的30名医护工作人员为实验组,统计两组相关指标。结果实验组医护工作人员的团结性评分数值、积极性评分数值、工作效率评分数值、护理质量评分数值、工作条理性评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在呼吸内科病区的护理管理工作中采取知识管理可显著提高工作效率及质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the application value and significance of knowledge management in nursing management of respiratory department. Methods Thirty nursing staff in the department of respiratory internal medicine who were randomly selected from the hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 before the knowledge management application were used as the control group;while from January 2017 to December 2017,30 nursing staff after carrying out knowledge management were randomly selected as the experimental group. The relevant indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The unity score,enthusiasm score,work efficiency score,nursing quality score and work rule score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Using knowledge management in nursing management of respiratory department can significantly improve the working efficiency and quality.更多还原
