【摘要】 目的研究临床路径式教学法在胸外科护理带教中的应用价值。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月本科室实习的58例实习护生,根据随机信封法将其分为对照组和干预组,各29例。对照组实习护生应用传统教学法,干预组实习护生应用临床路径式教学法,分析两组实习护生操作技能、理论知识评分,实际护理能力。结果干预组操作技能、理论知识评分、实际护理能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科护理带教中应用临床路径式教学法,既可提高实习护生操作技能及理论知识考试成绩,又可提高实习护生的实际护理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of clinical pathway teaching in thoracic surgery nursing teaching. Methods Fifty-eight nursing students from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,29 cases in each group. In the control group,the practice nursing students were used in the traditional teaching method,and the clinical nursing students in the intervention group applied clinical pathway teaching method to analyze the operation skills,theoretical knowledge score and practical nursing ability of the two groups of internship nursing students. Results The comparison of operation skill,theoretical knowledge score and nursing ability of the intervention group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching method in nursing teaching of thoracic surgery can not only improve the performance of practice nursing students’ operating skills and theoretical knowledge,but also improve the practical nursing ability of practice nursing students.更多还原
