适用于MMC型柔性环网控制器的稳态无功与暂态电压协调控制策略

【摘要】 模块化多电平变流器(MMC)广泛应用于柔性环网控制器,但目前其系统控制策略不能同时兼顾稳态无功与暂态电压两方面电网调控需求。鉴于此,本文在分析MMC模型及其无功功率控制功能的基础上,提出配置在不同时间尺度上的定无功功率和定交流电压的双控制环路并列策略及其参数整定原则,实现稳态无功与暂态电压的协调控制。本文所提方法充分发挥了MMC变流器暂态控制特性,在保证稳态功率输送能力的同时满足了暂态故障情况下电网对电压的调控需求。最后通过PSCAD仿真,全面分析和验证所提方法的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 Modular multilevel converter(MMC) has been used widly in the flexible loop net controller.However,its control strategy at present can not take into consideration of the grid control requirement in such two aspects as reactive power and transient voltage simultaneously. Therefore,a coordination control strategy of MMC for flexible loop net which is aimed to improve transient reactive power compensation capacity for power system is proposed in this paper. The method proposed in this paper develops fully the transient control feature of MMC inverter and,on the condition of assuring steady power transmission capacity,meet the need of network to the voltage control. Finally,both the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method is comprehensively analyzed and verified through PSCAD simulation.
