高强塑性低密度高锰钢的TIG焊接接头显微组织及力学性能
Microstructure and mechanical properties of TIG welded joints of high strength and plasticity low density high manganese steel
【摘要】 低密度高锰Fe-25Mn-8/10Al-1C钢是一种具有高强度和优异塑性的新型轻量化高碳高合金耐磨钢,其碳当量值和Al含量都很高,导致淬硬倾向和裂纹敏感性较大。通过合理控制热输入量的TIG焊接方法对不同铝含量的低密度高锰钢进行对接,获得较小变形和良好力学性能的焊接接头。焊缝区硬度值最低,远离焊缝中心热影响区的硬度值最高;随着Al含量的增加,10Al钢在熔合区和热影响区的硬度值均高于8Al钢,并且呈现出部分条状铁素体分布于奥氏体基体。
【Abstract】 Low density high manganese Fe-25 Mn-8/10 Al-1 C steel,a new lightweight high alloyed high carbon wear resistant steel,has extraordinary ductility and high tensile strength. This steel also has a larger tendency of cracking and hardening because of high carbon equivalent and aluminum content. The results showed that:the small deformation and good the performance of the joint was obtained due to the suitable welding heat input;minimum hardness value of the weld region,hardness value increased with the increase of the distance from the weld centerline;the hardness value of weld region and HAZ zone increased with the increase of the aluminum content,meanwhile,some strip ferrite is distributed in the austenite matrix of 10 Al steel.
