轨道车辆用不锈钢等离子-MAG复合焊接头疲劳试验
Fatigue test of plasma-MAG hybrid welded joint of stainless steel for railway vehicle
【摘要】 在选用ER308LSi焊丝和φ(Ar)98%+φ(CO2)2%保护气体的条件下,分别采用等离子-MAG复合焊接方法和普通MAG焊接方法焊接轨道车辆用中等厚度SUS301L-MT不锈钢板,并对等离子-MAG复合焊和MAG焊的对接接头和十字接头进行脉动拉伸疲劳试验和疲劳强度估算。结果表明:等离子-MAG复合焊对接接头和十字接头在循环寿命为2×106条件下的中值疲劳强度分别为279 MPa和160 MPa;与普通MAG焊相比,等离子-MAG复合焊接头的疲劳强度均有所提高,其中对接接头疲劳强度的增幅高于十字接头。
【Abstract】 Plasma-MAG hybrid welding method and ordinary MAG welding method were used respectively to carry out the welding tests of SUS301L-MT stainless steel middle heavy plates for railway vehicles under the condition of ER308 LSi welding wire and φ(Ar)98%+φ(CO2)2% shield gas selected. The pulsating tensile fatigue test and the fatigue strength estimation were conducted on the butt welded joints and the cruciform joints of plasma-MAG hybrid welding and ordinary MAG welding respectively. The results indicate that the median fatigue strength in fatigue life of 2×106cycle is 279 MPa and 160 MPa for the butt joint and the cruciform joint of plasma-MAG hybrid welding respectively. Compared with ordinary MAG welding, the fatigue strength of plasma-MAG hybrid welded joints increases, in which the fatigue strength of butt joint is higher than that of cruciform joint.
