高速列车电磁接触器可靠性评估方法

【摘要】 电磁接触器的状态对高速列车的运行安全至关重要。目前高速列车中电磁接触器缺乏有效的测试与评估方法,导致接触器的可靠性状态信息未知,给高速列车的正常安全运行带来了极大隐患。针对这一问题,首先对高速列车电磁接触器的失效机理进行分析,进而提出一种接触器可靠性评估方法。该方法建立接触器触点间隙的退化模型,通过接触器有限元及动力学仿真模型的分析,推导超程时间的退化模型,进而得到接触器剩余寿命的预测模型。为了验证上述方法的有效性,设计并搭建接触器可靠性测试试验平台。基于西门子3RT1017-2KF41电磁接触器开展可靠性寿命试验,利用接触器剩余寿命预测模型对接触器的剩余寿命进行预测。结果表明,所提出的高速列车电磁接触器可靠性评估方法能够对接触器的剩余寿命进行准确预测,为高速列车电磁接触器的状态监测及维护维修提供了重要参考。

【Abstract】 The state of electromagnetic contactor is very important for the safe and normal operation of the high-speed train. At present, there is a lack of testing and evaluation methods for the state of electromagnetic contactor in high-speed train. The state of electromagnetic contactor is uncertain and uncontrollable, which raises potential security problems in high-speed train operation. To solve this problem, the failure mechanism of the high-speed train electromagnetic contactor is analyzed. According to the analysis of contactor failure mechanism, the reliability evaluation method of contactor is proposed. The method establishes the contact gap degradation model of the contactor. Through the finite element analysis of the contactor and the dynamic simulation model, the degradation model of the overtravel time is deduced, and then the prediction model of the remaining life of the contactor is obtained. In order to verify the effectiveness of the reliability evaluation method, a contactor reliability test platform was designed and built. The reliability life test was carried out based on Siemens 3RT1017-2KF41 electromagnetic contactor. The remaining life of the contactor is predicted with the prediction model of the residual life. The results shows that the proposed method is effective to predict the residual life of the relay, which provides important reference for the condition monitoring and maintenance of the electromagnetic relay in high-speed train.
