种间竞争对两种湿地植物非结构性碳水化合物含量的影响研究

【摘要】 为揭示植物的非结构性碳水化合物含量对种间竞争的响应,以及环境因素对该响应的影响,以黄连花和小星穗薹草两种泥炭沼泽湿地植物为实验材料,在不同光照和营养环境下,测量了种间竞争和无竞争条件下植物的可溶性糖和淀粉含量.结果表明:与响应非生物环境压力相似,植物也会采取积累非结构性碳水化合物的策略响应种间竞争,但该策略因物种而异,并且受环境因子影响较大.两物种根、叶中可溶性糖和淀粉含量对种间竞争的环境特异性响应可能与物种的资源竞争特性有关,并直接影响最终的竞争结果.

【Abstract】 Two herbaceous plants in peatland,Carex angustior and Lysimachia davurica were selected to reveal the response of non-structural carbohydrate content to interspecific competition,as well as the influence of environmental factors on this response.The content of soluble sugar and starch of these two species were measured under different condition of competition,light and nutrient environments.The results showed that the non-structural carbohydrates of plants were also found to be accumulated to respond to competitive stress,the similar strategy of plants to respond to abiotic environmental stresses.However,the occurrence of this strategy depended to species and environmental factors.The specific responses of soluble sugar and starch contents in roots and leaves of two species to interspecific competition environment may be related to the ability of species for competing resources,which directly affected the final outcome of competition.Variation characteristics and response patterns of non-structural carbohydrates in plants under different competitive environments found in this study might help to develop new approaches to deeply reveal the mechanism of competition and improve the theories of plant competition.Meanwhile the finding also could provide theoretical basis for the developing and applying technologies for the restoration and reconstruction of degraded vegetation.
