斜置式螺旋带状整地装置研究

【摘要】 为解决全幅旋耕整地作业存在耗能大、工作效率较低等问题,高整地作业工作效率,设计斜置式螺旋带状整地试验装置,分析斜置式螺旋整地作业过程并建立数学模型,确定影响整地作业主要因素,运用4因素5水平二次旋转正交组合试验方法,以机具前进速度、螺旋转速、螺旋入土角度、螺旋螺距为试验因素,以碎土率为评价指标作土槽试验。结果表明,机具前进速度为0.4 m·s-1、螺旋转速为550 r·min-1、入土角度为20°、螺旋节距为60 mm时为最优结构参数组合,在最优参数组合下,土槽验证试验碎土率为92.54%。设计关键部件可提高碎土率,为斜置式螺旋整地机设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of existing in the traditional plowing and rotary tillage, a kind of testing device of inclined screw integral parts was designed. The device could improve the working efficiency of the whole field, realize the belt and provide a good bed environment for the seed,and solve the problem of large energy consumption and low efficiency. By quadratic orthogonal rotating combination test method to machine speed, screw speed, the screw Angle of the grave, screw pitch,plow deeply test factors, the tested to break rate as the evaluation index. Experimental results showed that the machine speed was 0.75 m · s-1; the screw rotation speed was 550 r · min-1; the grave Angle was20°, screw pitch was 60 mm for the optimal structure parameters combination, and under the optimal structure parameters combination, the soil bin test, grounded at a rate of 92.54%. The key components of the design could improve the soil breaking rate and meet the requirements of the ground operation.The test results show that the indexes met the technical requirements of the relevant national indexes.The research could provide some references for the design of the helical screw.
