不同食盐及粘合剂添加水平对营养舔砖物理性状的影响

【摘要】 试验旨在研究营养舔砖中食盐、α-淀粉以及脲醛树脂的添加量对其比重、抗破碎强度和潮解率的影响,以期为研发气候耐受型营养舔砖提供理论依据。试验分3部分:(1)试验一,不同食盐添加水平对舔砖质量参数的影响,食盐添加水平为45%、55%、65%、75%;(2)试验二,不同α-淀粉添加水平对舔砖质量参数的影响,α-淀粉的添加水平分别为1%、2%、3%、4%;(3)试验三,不同脲醛树脂添加水平对舔砖质量参数的影响,脲醛树脂的添加水平分别为1%、2%、3%、4%。每个试验中每个添加水平制作10块舔砖,其中5块舔砖用于抗破碎强度测定,5块舔砖用于泡水后潮解率的测定。此外,舔砖还用来进行比重测定。结果表明:食盐、α-淀粉以及脲醛树脂对舔砖比重、抗破碎强度以及潮解率均有显著影响。在3个试验中,当食盐、α-淀粉和脲醛树脂的添加量分别为65%、1%~2%和1%时,舔砖的质量参数表现最佳。

【Abstract】 The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of different levels of salt,alpha-starch and UF on the specific gravity,crushing strength and soak lost rate of mineral block. The results would provide theoretical knowledge for the development of weather resistant mineral block. The research was divided into 3 parts.(1)Experiment 1: The influences of salt concentration on the physical properties of mineral block. Salt was added at the rates of 45%,55%,65% and 75%.(2)Experiment 2: The influences of alpha-starch concentration on the physical properties of mineral block. Alpha-starch was added at the rates of 1%,2%,3% and4%.(3)Experiment 3:The influences of UF concentration on the physical properties of mineral block. UF was added at the rates of1%,2%,3% and 4%. Ten mineral blocks were made at each level of salt,alphas-tarch and UF. Of which,5 blocks were used for the determination of crushing strength,and another 5 blocks were used for the determination of lost rate after 24 h soaking in a water bath. In addition,the blocks were also used for the determination of specific gravities. The results showed that salt,alpha-starch and UF had significant effects on specific gravity,crushing strength and soaking lost rate of mineral block. In this study,the optimum rates of salt,alpha-starch and UF were 65%,1% and 1%-2%,respectively.
