【摘要】 将养老服务资源供应给最需要服务的居家老人,实现居家服务的精准化,是我国居家养老服务的首要目标。但现行居家养老服务存在对象识别标准粗疏,服务专业化、规范化不足等问题。只有将自理能力、经济状况作为居家养老服务对象的首要识别标准,并对养老服务对象分级分类管理,通过精准化的管理制度,对这些养老服务对象进行专业化、标准化、信息网络化的服务供应,才能实现居家养老服务的精准化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The primary goal of the home-based care service in China is to supply the oldage care resources to the elderly who needs the most, and to achieve the accuracy of homebased services. But the present service mode is inattentive in object recognition, and lack in standardization and specialization. It is quite necessary to identify different service objects based on whether or not they can take care of themselves, as well as how much their income is.
