2种微藻对养殖水体中氨氮和亚硝态氮的净化作用
Removal of Ammonia and Nitrite Nitrogen in Aquaculture Water by Two Species of Microalgae
【摘要】 在水温26℃下采用室内培养法,将蛋白核小球藻和斜生栅藻分别置于0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0mg/L 5种质量浓度的氨氮(NH4+-N)和亚硝态氮(NO2--N)的培养液中,培养14d,每隔2d分别测定培养液中NH4+-N和NO2--N的质量浓度和藻类密度。试验结果表明,在8.0mg/L时蛋白核小球藻对NH4+-N和NO2--N的去除率最高,分别为82.5%和75.75%;而斜生栅藻在4.0 mg/L时对NH4+-N的去除率最高,为86.75%;在0.5mg/L时对NO2--N的去除率最高,为83.75%。在高质量浓度NH4+-N和NO2--N时蛋白核小球藻的扩繁速度更快,而斜生栅藻则在中低质量浓度NH4+-N和NO2--N溶液中更易增殖。利用不同藻类特性增殖藻类净化养殖水体中的NH4+-N和NO2--N具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Two species of algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Scendesmus obliquus were cultured in NH4+-N and NO2--N media with concentration of 0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0and 8.0mg/L,for 14day to investigate the relationship between changes in concentrations of ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N)and nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N)and growth of the two algae in aquaculture water.The results showed that the maximal removal rate of NH4+-N(82.5%)and NO2--N(70.75%)by C.pyrenoidosa was observed at 8.0mg/L of NH4+-N and NO2--N.For S.obliquus,however,the maximal removal rate was found at 4.0 mg/L of NH4+-N(86.75%)and 0.5mg/L of NO2-N(83.75%).According to phytoplankton cell density,C.pyrenoidosa was more suitable for growth in higher concentration of NH4+-N and NO2--N,whereas S.obliquus in lower concentration of NH4+-N and NO2--N is more easy to proliferate.Therefore,it is a good application prospect for purification of NH4+-N and NO2--N in aquaculture water by different phytoplankton combination.
