基于LS-DYNA3D的圆筒件拉深过程的研究
Study of Cylindrical Cup Drawing Process Based on LS-DYNA3D
【摘要】 利用有限元模拟软件LS-DYNA3D对圆筒件拉深过程进行动态仿真。在圆筒件拉深成形过程中,影响成形质量的因素很多。设计6组模拟试验进行分析,得到了压边力、摩擦系数、凸模圆角半径和模具单边间隙对工件拉深过程的影响规律。
【Abstract】 The cylindrical cup drawing process is simulated by the numerical simulation software LS-DYNA3D.In the process of cylindrical cup drawing,there are many factors influencing the quality of forming.Six simulation tests has been designed to analyze and gain the effecting law of blank holder force,friction coefficient,the fillet radius of punch and unilateral die gap on the workpiece tensile process.
