【摘要】 目的:探讨布地奈德与博利康尼雾化吸入在小儿呼吸阻塞治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取160例呼吸阻塞患儿,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组患儿给予布地奈德治疗,观察组患儿给予布地奈德与博利康尼联合雾化吸入治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效、治疗前后症状体征积分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的78.75%(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿各症状和体征积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿各症状体征积分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德与博利康尼联合雾化吸入可有效改善患儿的临床症状及体征,疗效明显且不增加不良反应,在小儿呼吸阻塞治疗中具有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with respiratory obstruction.Methods: 160 children with respiratory obstruction were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission,all the children were divided into the control group and the study group,80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide,while the study group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation. The clinical efficacy,score of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 93. 75 % and 78. 75 % respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups( P > 0.05). After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly improved,while the study group was significantly better than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children,and the curative effect is remarkable,without the adverse reactions increased.
