【摘要】 目的探讨频繁捐献单采血小板献血者外周血象的变化。方法将捐献血小板者分为2组,即1年内献血13~17次组和献血≥18次组,分别比较2组献血次数与献血前外周血WBC、PLT、Hb、红细胞比容(HCT)的变化。结果每年献血17次及以下组各项指标无变化。每年献血≥18次组除WBC外,PLT、Hb和HCT随献血次数增多而变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论每年献血不超过18次,献血者外周血象无明显变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral hemogram of frequent plateletpheresis donors.Methods Blood donors were divided into two groups: blood donors of 13~17 donations and more than 18 donations within 12 months. The changes of WBC, PLT, Hb, HCT of both groups before donation were compared. Results There was no statistical difference in the four peripheral blood parameters among the blood donors of less than 17 donations within 12 months. There was statistical difference in PLT, Hb and HCT among blood donors more than 18 donations within 12 months. Conclusion Volunteers should not donate platelets more than 18 times per year, so that blood donors have no significant changes in peripheral blood.更多还原
